Shipping Policy:

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the order.

We charge a flat rate fee of $7 on all orders under $100 and free shipping on orders $100 or more.

We ship using the United States Postal Service. Branded Bliss is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by USPS. USPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. If you have an issue with lost or stolen packages you must call your local post office to file a claim or go to USPS.gov to file your claim.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

Please double check the shipping address prior to submitting the order. If an incorrect address is used and the order gets shipped back to us, we will contact the customer and have to charge for the reshipment to the correct address.

 

Return Policy:

At Branded Bliss we want you to love your products. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order please email us at brandedblissboutique@gmail.com.

Returns must be received within 7 days of when the item was delivered to the buyer for a refund to be issued. Shipping cost on the original order is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees to return items. All items must be in original condition, unworn, and must be free of all odors. All tags must still be attached. Once we have received your order, we will inspect the item and if all criteria are met, we will issue the refund. If your return is not eligible to return, we will send the item back to you at the buyer’s expense and a refund will not be issued.

If an item you received is defective or not the correct item ordered, we will cover return shipping. Email us at brandedblissboutique@gmail.com within 2 days upon receiving to report the defective or incorrect item. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must still be attached.

Exchanges must be received within 7 days of receipt. Due to constant inventory changes, we cannot guarantee we will have the requested exchange size in stock. To verify, please message us at brandedblissboutique@gmail.com before you send your return back to the store. If we have the requested size, we will hold it for you and will make the exchange once we receive your return. Exchange items must be in original condition and free of all odors. All tags must still be attached. Buyer will be responsible for paying the cost of return shipping fees; however, we will ship the requested size at no charge.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for refund:

• All sale items bought at a 20% or more discount
• Jewelry
• Accessories
• Beauty

Please allow our team 3 business days to process your return once it is received by store.


Privacy Policy:

Branded Bliss Western Wear values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect personally identifiable information about you during your check out process through our online shopping cart and payment gateway. We may also automatically receive general information that is contained in our server log files such as your IP address and cookie information. In an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions, we may use some information, such as your email address to contact you at a later date. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies. You may request deletion of your email address from our files by contacting us at brandedblissboutique@gmail.com.
